Farmers, livestock farmers and fish farmers: those who produce the raw material — products, not services.

Cooperatives and producer organisations: pooling resources, volumes and market outlets.

Artisanal fishers and industrial fishing operators, marine or inland, working under licence. Like the forest operator, the fisher does not produce the resource: it is taken from a shared stock whose condition does not depend on them alone. That is what sets them apart from the fish farmer, filed under AC03.

Holders of a right to harvest a forest resource — concession and forest management unit, sale of standing volume, special permit — and artisanal operators working those perimeters. This is not a producer profile: the resource is not grown, it is taken under title, and the title conditions everything else.
