Depending on how you use the site:

• Contact form and the “Project guidance” tunnel: name, email, phone, organisation, your message, and — if you provide them — your profile, your project's region and stage, your timeline, an indicative budget, and how you heard about us. The guidance tunnel additionally collects your project's positioning (domain, value chain, product type, needs): never your identity, which is only asked when you submit.
• Attachments: the documents you choose to attach (opinions, studies, files, photos) — see point 4 below.
• Professional directory: the information on your listing (organisation, contact details, activity), made public on the directory at your explicit request when registering.
• Online payment (AGROBOUSSOLE, AGRIMETEO, Marché Export): your name, email and phone to issue the receipt — never your bank or card details, entered directly with our payment provider (CamerPay or CinetPay), never transmitted to XP-NOVA.
• Browsing: no third-party audience-measurement or advertising tracker on this site. See point 7 on cookies.

• Review your request and reply — first response within 48 business hours.
• After the official opening of the file (FOD), issue the quote and then the assignment agreement.
• Manage the business relationship in our CRM (see point 5).
• Notify you of your file's progress, by email or WhatsApp.
• Process a payment, when you initiate one.
• Display your listing in the directory, if you registered.

We never use your data for unsolicited prospecting, nor do we sell it to any third party.

Documents you attach to a request (file, study, title, photo) are sent to the team reviewing your file and to our internal CRM, for analysis and follow-up — never published, never used for any other purpose. They are kept for as long as your file is being processed, under the same conditions as the rest of your request (see point 6). Accepted formats: PDF or images, five files and 5 MB per file at most.

Your data only leaves XP-NOVA towards the following providers, each for its exact role:

• Odoo — our CRM: keeps your request for commercial follow-up.
• Our email hosting provider — sends confirmation and follow-up emails.
• Twilio — where applicable, delivers a WhatsApp notification to our team.
• CamerPay or CinetPay — processes a payment you initiate; only the chosen provider sees your bank data.
• Upstash — a short-lived technical memory that prevents a payment from being processed twice.

None of these providers is allowed to reuse your data for its own purposes. We do not share it with any other third party, except where legally required.

Your data is kept for as long as needed to process your request, then for the relationship that follows should an engagement begin. A request left without follow-up is kept for our commercial record, with access restricted to the team. You may request its deletion at any time (point 8), subject to any accounting or legal obligations that apply to us.

This site does not set any audience-measurement or advertising cookie. The only cookies set are strictly functional, needed to stay signed in to a password-protected area — the admin area, your directory account, or your Marché Export account — and only exist if you sign in to one of them.

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to its processing, or request its portability. For the professional directory, you may remove your listing at any time from your member area. To exercise these rights, write to hello@xp-nova.com stating your request; we reply within a reasonable time.

Exchanges with this site are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to protected areas (administration, directory, Marché Export) is limited by password and secure session. No bank data is ever stored by XP-NOVA: it is entered directly with the payment provider.
