XP-NOVA is a private, independent engineering and advisory firm based in Yaoundé. AGROVITA is its division for the engineering of agricultural, livestock and agro-industrial projects.

XP stands for experience: of projects, of the field, of real constraints, of the unexpected, of costs and deadlines. It is our compass. NOVA stands for innovation: the search for solutions that are more effective, more accessible and better suited. It is our engine. Innovation is not a technology imported without adaptation: it builds on experience, answers a concrete need and produces measurable results.
XP-NOVA comes from infrastructure engineering: trades in which nothing is built before water, energy, logistics, schedules, suppliers and compliance have been worked through.
Its AGROVITA division applies that rigour to agricultural, livestock and agro-industrial projects — where those questions are too often dealt with after the fact.
These trades demand rigour at every step: understanding the need, studying feasibility, designing, costing, planning, organising supplies, coordinating those involved, controlling quality and keeping to deadlines. That is the method we transfer to agricultural projects.

We do not present ourselves as a long-standing agricultural producer, nor as a substitute for agronomists and veterinarians. We bring the method, the coordination and the control of risk, and we mobilise the value-chain expertise each assignment requires.
Agricultural projects are multidisciplinary. We do not claim to do everything alone: we structure, coordinate and follow up, mobilising the expertise each assignment requires.
Small and versatile, it carries the judgement, the client relationship and responsibility for deliverables. It is built in stages, at the pace of the activity.
Agronomy and soil science, animal husbandry and health, process and cold-chain engineering, financial analysis, land and OHADA law, geomatics: mobilised per assignment, under framework agreements.
Surveyors, technicians and correspondents recruited close to the sites, by production basin.
No commission from any credit institution, supplier or seller. We are paid by the project holder, for engineering work.
Whoever writes a study does not review it: the review is entrusted to a separate reviewer.
Financial models are handed over unlocked. Every external figure carries its source and date; what could not be verified is written as such.
The quotation follows our price grid, and is only issued after the file is officially opened.
AGROVITA handles agricultural, livestock and agro-industrial investment projects. The ODT division handles territorial development, infrastructure and value chains at the scale of a territory. The two work together when a project requires it.
