Non-exclusive, with no volume commitment. You remain independent; we call on you assignment by assignment.
A fee agreed in advance for each deliverable, settled once the client has paid.
Whoever writes a study does not review it. You act as author or as reviewer, never both on the same file.
No commission from any supplier, seller or credit institution. Any conflict of interest is declared.
If you wish, your profile is presented on the site with your personal references — never without your written consent.
These profiles are not employees: they join XP-NOVA's network of associates and are mobilised per assignment, under a non-exclusive framework agreement with no volume commitment. Accredited or certified experts commit their professional signature. Expressions of interest are received on a rolling basis.
