An agricultural business plan in the financier’s format
A business plan is only bankable if it speaks its reader’s language. Ours is built for a credit committee: you know what it will look for, and it is there.
Bankable, not merely written
Merely writing a business plan is not enough: banks reject most agricultural files for lack of technical rigour and compliance. A bankable file rests on a verified market, a sized facility, investigated risks and a costing the financier can check. No serious firm guarantees that a loan will be granted — the decision belongs to the credit committee — but it can guarantee that nothing the committee will look for is missing.
For whom
The farmer or processor applying to a bank, a microfinance institution or a public window; the project holder approaching an impact fund or a partner; the cooperative financing its collection and its warehouses; the diaspora investor who wants a presentable file from the first meeting.
How we proceed
Everything is costed in FCFA: investment, operating costs, cash flow and sensitivity across several scenarios, in an open model that financiers can check line by line — a locked model cannot be assessed. The file is then structured in the exact format of the targeted financier, and the cash plan provides a liquidity reserve sized in months of costs.
The structure combines the right instrument in the right place — debt, grant, guarantee, impact fund — without financing an infrastructure with short-term debt. The project’s assets are turned into acceptable collateral: land that can be pledged, securities that can be mobilised. Finally, trust is organised: funds are held in escrow and released against verified milestones, under a tripartite OHADA agreement.
What you receive
An open and stress-tested financial model, a business plan in the financiers’ format with its investor summary, a financing and collateral plan, a milestone-based disbursement schedule. Before committing, the free AGROBANCABLE diagnosis tells you whether your file would pass a credit committee and what blocks it: a single blocking signal makes a file non-bankable, and a good score elsewhere does not offset it.
Free submission, first reply within forty-eight working hours, quote after the official opening of the file.
