The Cameroonian agri-system ecosystem, now codified in eight levels

A cocoa producer in Obala, a forwarder in Douala, a dairy in Adamawa and a FinTech in Yaoundé belong to the same ecosystem — but until now, nothing let you say so precisely. Who is upstream of whom? Which need calls which service? Where do their chains cross?

The Ecosystem Referential answers by codifying the entire Cameroonian agri-system on eight levels: domain, family, value chain, actor, product, chain stage, place, needs. Each element carries a short code — FV01 for cash crops, AC03 for producers, BE07 for the financing need — and a dedicated page on this site.

Because an ecosystem you cannot name cannot be structured. Codification gives a common language to promoters, partners, financiers and institutions: when a starting plan says “FV01 · AC04 · BE07”, everyone — from the cooperative to the credit committee — reads the same thing.

If you carry a project: your position in the ecosystem pre-fills the “My project” tunnel, which hands you a personal starting plan — standard pathway, codified services, documents to gather. Submitting the request is free; first response within 48 business hours.

If you are a partner — supplier, laboratory, carrier, certifier: the directory lists you by your codes, where promoters look for you at the precise moment their plan calls for your services.

The Explorer maps; it recommends nothing. Recommendation belongs to the guidance tunnel, whose rule is deterministic, written and replayable — two identical visitors receive the same plan. That discipline is what makes the whole system trustworthy.
